Me

I've always been curious about understanding the why behind the why, and about learning by doing. "The idea factory," as a professor once called it when I was studying Journalism.

For a while, I wanted to be a war reporter. I liked being where things were actually happening, talking to people, asking questions, trying to understand it all firsthand.

Then I moved into Audiovisual Communication. I loved films and thought I might end up as a film critic. But then I discovered multimedia, Flash and Maya, and fell in love with the possibility of turning something I imagined into something I could actually see and interact with.

That was probably the first time I felt that spark.

Over the years, design gave me a way to bring those worlds together: curiosity about people, understanding problems, and using technology to turn ideas into something tangible.

Today, I'm lucky enough to do something I genuinely love: design digital products and complex systems that let me keep experimenting and growing.

For me, deeply understanding people's needs and paying attention to how they interact with interfaces opens up all sorts of possibilities for making the business click. Add data, the discipline to put personal preferences aside, and close collaboration with engineering, as peers, not executors, and you can achieve a lot.

That's what I've been doing for many years now, at companies including Schibsted, Moonpig, Hotjar, and now n8n.

The worlds technology can unlock are fascinating, and I'm much more interested in seeing how far we can take things than in preserving the way they are, or were.

But moving forward doesn't mean stopping to think. Ethics, reflection, and critical thinking are essential to responsible, sustainable design.

Design that feels human and alive, rather than mechanical.
